Those are possible to buy with a credit card, but easier and cheapest with a bank card.  I actually don't know how it shows up... I use other methods. Maybe someone else can chime in?

For the first session, I only accept part on CC. Once we have a rapport, and have built some trust with you, I accept full payment on card.

I find it easier to get it from www.giftcards.com  but I do take CC's as well but I make sure things are signed and I have lots of proof you got your "purchase". I had someone take back 1800$ once and I got stuck with that. So I CYA but it's available  =)

 
Someone always has to ruin it for the bunch!
