On top of the reasons already stated- a lot of those site she look the same just a different girl. When you are trying to stand out in the crowd you don't want to blend in. That has always been my thoughts on the subject.

I use them and I like them. I feel safe. Never heard anything negative about them.
Adult friend finder as my primary page and I have to close that to see your page again.
Thanks for all the wonderful information! I'm still relatively new on the scene. The problem I am having with escorts.biz is that I cannot get them to update my email address!!!! They promise help 24/7 buti have not had one ounce of help from them yet !!!! Excuse my frustration
And also sell access to your pictures. They get the biggest cut. Also, the sites have gone down several times in the past and I heard it's difficult to later transfer your domain name out.
Use an ordinary website builder. Moonfruit allows adult content (not obscene, but escort sites are fine. They're UK based.) It also has a free option I think, then later you can pay a little to take their logo off.

I agree with Jamie. I was able to build a couple sites with no technical skill or training using templates. GoDaddy and Bluehost offer packages where you can get everything in one place. Bever used Squarespace but I'm sure thats just as user friendly.
If you do it yourself, you'll be empowered to make your own edits and updates too. Good luck
There are some design companies you could work with: Black Ash, Paramour Designs, Escort Designs, etc.
You can also build a site via Wix, Square Space, and some use Word Press (no idea how because it was super confusing).
