Icariin, a bioflavonoid that has been shown to inhibit PDE5 - similar to the way erectile drugs like Viagra, Cialis, etc.. work. Unfortunately, Icariin is about 100x less potent than any of the commercial drugs for ED, and there isn't much of the stuff in the raw weed. So, anyone looking for a real sexual boost from Horny Goat Weed will need to take one major crapload of the stuff to get just a wee bit of benefit.

Throw in some dancing to kick up epinephrine levels (caffeine can help) and some Mucuna Pruriens (velvet bean) extract that contains l-dopa to boost dopamine levels for more intense pleasure sensations.

I'm into fitness, and according to NON FDA APPROVED reports, tribulus increases free testosterone (not total test). Men and women both have testosterone, and increasing free testosterone helps increase muscle mass (if you lift weights) and makes you really horny. I know several women (and men) who say it makes them horny.
Will it work for you? Don't know. It may not. However, I haven't heard of it making anyone sick, either.
