Was to travel to (once) and with (once) a provider I liked. But I had been seeing her for a while before we did it. I tend to be a somewhat private person, so that did not work out so great for me, tho it was not terrible either. We did like each other, it just was better to see each other for 2-4 hours and then go home.

Anyway, I would never travel to see someone I did not know. Too much trouble, too much risk of it being awkward or otherwise disappointing. Nor do I plan to take my SB on a trip or do overnights. More together time than I want. Of course, as it happened with that old friend, it could happen, but it is not something I want.

My reply might be different if I lived somewhere with less to choose from.

"Fake it til you make it" is what comes to my mind.  

What better way to get some dumb guy send you a plane ticket than to tell him "other guys" do it all the time. I have already been catfished enough times in the last few months to have been cured of ANY inclination I might ever had after viewing some hot pics.

You really can't blame these women for "shooting for the stars" It costs them nothing and who knows, maybe they will land that one dumb whale willing to pony up a first class plane ticket sight unseen?

I do "travel for Sugar" all the time, but that's because I live in a small city with virtually no hookers, but Dallas is only a couple of hour drive away. I will often make dates with Dallas SB's, If they work out, great. If not, P411 has PLENTY of hookers as back ups. lol

and tried to set up a dinner date - she was late 20's and hot and figure what do I have to loose. Agreed to dinner and told me to reach out when headed to town. I did - and she immediately asked what would be the arrangement amount? Really? - I am an out of town guy and she already wants an arrangement fee?? I told her I am a "pay as I go" until I get to know you a little better - and she stop talking to me. This was early on and given all my experience now after one month in the SBowl - LOL but seriously I would have played it a bit different, given all the tips I have seen on this site. Would have concocted some story and told her I always do it this way to start out and my last arrangement lasted over a year and was great for both of us, blah, blah, blah. At least I might have had a shot at dinner on the road with a hot babe, I am bored bored most nights anyway. With a little food and a lot of wine, believe it or not some woman can be had, sometimes at a discount to market.  

My cynical view is that if the try to play me in some way, it's coming back at them in spades. I can tell big lies and BS like anybody else, but that is not at all my preferred approach to this. I actually enjoy a nice woman's company and am willing to give back a nice $tip in return for an enjoyable meeting. And to someone else's comment, I am not flying anyone I don't know into town.
