I started this post over because I wanted to get some credible responses before it leaves the board into the archives and my initial post is already half way down the board.

take a look at that PSE score sheet (down this page) and match the names/faces you get to the numbers (in good measure they don't lie, at least not that much)
but for what little it's worth, i can only recommend what i have experienced myself, and that's Samantha Sterlyng, who seems to fit the description you just gave. i'm guessing you live in Beantown like me, she makes it up here every now and then (alas not often enough) and is most reasonably priced and you can book direct ... FYI, she's in the Singleton Top-20 (well actually, she ranks #1 on the little singleton's personal Top-1 list
Shay Sights, Taylor Wane, Jodie Moore and Dayton are providers and I heard Zoe did at one time, I'm sure a couple others provide also. Candy Cotton would be perfect for what you said you like and is at a nice price, but she is in Seattle and not touring now, She is worth the trip, I have made it twice to see her this year.
Candy is a superb choice (she also fits his specs) and so are the others (especially Jodie) ... but i'd be a bit careful with Dayton for this guy ... there were some troubling posts about her (ranging anywhere from flaking on contracts to out-n-out robbery of clients) not saying they are 100% true mind you, just that no one ever came out to discredit those who posted them (look back in the archive for early August)

Which are you referring to? The 16, or the others? The 16 or so that I was speaking of don't want it known that they are available, so there's not going to be any reviews or contact info...
