If she misrepresents herself

You are under no obligation to stay or pay if she is using stolen or inaccurite pictures. In fact paying her just encourages the bad behavior. If you decide to stay because she is something you can work with of course you owe her the full agreed on
amount without regard to her misrepresentation.

I was wondering, I have read and been victim to providers who do not post recent photos or have fake photos. Is it allright to just leave and not pay once you discover this ,...or are you obligated to some degree. Like most men, once you are there and ready for action, I tend to just go with the flow,..and stay and pay. But wondered what happens if you just tell her that she is not the one in the photos or the photos don't represent them. Thanks.

i completely agree with a ladies decision to not so her face in an add.  If the photo isa resemblance that is fine..  Body shots should be real or good resemblance.  If the plan is to show a lookalike that is ok, when the plan is to deceive not ok.  If the girl in the photo is 20 year old size three and the girl at the door is a 16 there was an intent to be dishonest.  At that point I am not obligated to stay

...is under no obligation to stay, or pay.  Now, if he does not feel chemistry, that might be different, and he should leave a small gift for her trouble.

I do not show my face in my ads, or my site, but my reviewers do tell gentlemen that I have a beautiful face, as well as other attributes.  One gentleman who posted to the Provider Friday thread, March 27 in DC, included the fact that I have a beautiful face, and great hair.  That was very kind of him.

   Just my .02.

Hugs and Kisses,
Kelly

Although I advise that you shouldn't stay (unless she's equally as hot of course.) If I'm ever accused of it, I am more than happy to show the unedited versions just to prove I'm who I say I am because 1. I'd never use fake photos and 2. I love seeing their face when I'm in the right.
Of course it wouldn't be awful to give them a small cancelation fee either at your discretion. Because after all they are still offering a service and did take time out of their day to schedule you.

...except of course, they did take the time out of their day to schedule you for an appointment *with someone else* and not them. So at that point, I'd say quits.

Fine if it's a fair representation... if it's way off, that's just plain dishonest and I wouldn't feel in any way obliged. But all of this is academic if it's a well-reviewed, reliable provider

I've noticed there's quite a few reviews of ladies who used fake pictures and the gentleman still stayed for that reason, she was just as hot & all went fine.
There were very little negative ones when compared.
I can understand your POV but now that I'm thinking about it, there's also the concerns with gentlemen not being accurate or honest in reviews of new ladies as well.
I'm sorry, but if I see a fellow provider who's obviously bigger than me being listed as "athletic" & uses fake pictures occasionally, it just screws up the system entirely and isn't helpful. :/ In other words I'm saying that it's becoming more common because we're allowing it to be the norm.

...the only ones I've ever seen of you are blurry. I think you used a photo of yourself in a black bikini for over two years down in Florida. I'd love to see the "unedited" version - naturally. – You resemble LM, AA and her ever evolving persona. I've always loved her so if it's in fact you please do reveal. Would love to see that perfect athletic body....  YUM!!!!!

OK...maybe not so recently but within the last couple of months...I had an outcall to my place and when I met her at the door definitely not the girl in the pics and not someone I wanted to spend any time with.  After having made good on many a "bad situation" over the years I decided this time fuck it.  I explained to her honestly and in my best Wongbater "it's me not you" tone that she was not the girl as advertised.  If you cancel at the point where she is there (newbie advice here ---- take note -----) you need to be careful as a driver can be there more than willing to cave your face in with a tire iron.  I willingly gave her 1/3 of the donation as a cancellation fee.  I'd say that's fair.  Compensation for time and gas money so she could go have fun with someone else.  Again, some advice for newbies...throwing a cancellation fee is fair and the BEST WAY TO AVOID A BAD SITUATION in many instances.

What would be fair is putting her shit on here for all of to see.

and then we come to me providing you an explanation even though I read your post as overly snarky and don't appreciate it.  So my friend here's my response...she posted a random BP post of the day.  I haven't seen the post since.  She showed up and wasn't close to the pics and I didn't appreciate the bait and switch.  I paid her a cancellation fee and sent her on her way.  Incidentally she and her driver gave me the middle finger salute as they drove off.  I returned that gesture in kind.  There was no reason for me to post anything since it wasn't a rip off.  There was no appointment according to TER rules so no review is possible.  I'm a visual person Nago8...I remember faces and pictures for life.  So when I see this lovely little bait and swticher  posting her pics again I'll know better.  But share that knowledge with you fuckhead.  Not likely.

I feel your pain. I too have encountered the good ole bait and switch, and this was from reviewed providers!
I have had an entirely different provider show up, attempting to claim to be the same as shown in the ad, and the review field showing that it was an accurate picture!

On other occasions, the provider shows up, and while the picture was of the same as shown in the ad, The picture was really Old or photo shopped, and was barely representative in my eyes.

I did review those that I chose to follow thru with an appointment, and stated in my review, my
observations.
As for tips ? well I agree with the majority of the posts here, My repeat business is worth way more than a tip, and If I don't repeat, I sure as heck have no reason to tip for a lack luster performance.

don't bother posting it. Wouldn't have any backpagers over to my house.  Good luck in the future genius

Thanks for the well wishes prick!  From perusing your reviews, all three of them from 2009, I see you are familiar with backpage.  Put up or shut up and give us some of that hard paid intelligence from the ladies you may have seen since '09.  And for future reference, I don't post on this discussion board nor post reviews simply for your entertainment so get over yourself.  :)

Of course, if you like what you see well you can always choose to stay.  You also have to be aware of your situation and how you are going to handle it if she starts making threats or if someone else shows up to try and collect.

A few months in to the hobby and I was burned with a bait and switch.  I had been following a massage ad for some time and the photos were unbelievable but I was also following her reviews on TER.  A number of early reviewers noted that the photos weren't real nor were they a good representation of her but that she was pretty and they advised/suggested she use real photos of herself.  So the photos in her ad would change and finally after 3-4 iterations I figured they had to be her, or at least a fair representation, so I took the plunge.  Got to her studio and was let in by a woman and she introduced herself to me.....oh oh and then she quickly ushered/pulled me in to her room.  I was inexperienced and was trapped.  It was not enjoyable but I rode it out and after I left I thought to myself "live and learn."  If this were to happen to me today, and I mean a total misrepresentation, I would walk out and not feel an obligation to leave any part of the donation.  She is still out there, different email addresses and using different names.

I tried to go work with an agency, I told them I was very experienced in nude modeling and sent my photos to them expecting they would use them. They chose to use a girl that looked NOTHING like me, and market me as a milf. (I was early 20s) All but one of the gentlemen that showed left, and I could not blame them. After my first day, I questioned my booker and she said it was their policy. Needless to say I didnt work with them another day.

I can understand if a lady isnt comfortable having her photos out there, but if that is the case she should find someone who looks very similar to her. Or only send out photos after verification. Either way business will be affected.

I think if a gent is caught in the situation, a SMALL cancellation fee is fair- enough to cover her time and/or gas if outcall.  But the lady knows that will happen when she uses those photos. I think if I was a man, I would ask her why she does it. Agency controlling marketing? Concern with discretion? Or just because?

Naturally, I would think if the photos are Jenna Jamison looks, on bp, no reviews- that you should proceed with caution.
