Get together and play this game for two or three
Massage them .... ice them .. and know it can take a good couple of weeks to settle depending on the individual. If you notice any lumps/bumps be sure to massage them out so they're smooth. Some people really seem to get aggravated from the product, usually it's how they were injected, a needle may have done in sideways or at a bad angle and caused further inflammation which can take longer to reduce.
