Generally, a lady isn't going to go to the airport, wait an hour or two to get through the security check, fly for a couple of hours, and repeat the process going home for one or two hours... it's one or two for you, 8 to 12 hours of their time.
The minimum time SOME ladies will fly for is 4 hours, and not many of them do that.

Since porn stars are pretty expensive, (I know most charge upwards of $1,200 per hour),
I'm assuming the guys who can afford that have a decent amount of expendable cash
do you guys prefer to wait till they are touring
or fly to them
or fly them to you
I'm wondering cause I've started doing direct booking for a particular porn star.

I've only flown someone in once but I've had ladies accompany me on a couple of business trips. While many of us can afford it, the pricetag gets astronomical when your paying thousands a day and then add in first class airfare, entertainment and shopping. I try to catch up with my favorites in their "home" market so they are more relaxed and haven't seen ten guys before me that day, which is what I imagine tours are like. Kendra can probably find some guys who will fly her in for a night or a weekend.
what about flying a girl in for a hour or two? the girl then has the rest of the day off and you don't have to pay like $15,000 for a full day with her.
Do guys ever do that?

I agree with Eddie. Pardon the use of a cliche, but remember "time is money". Ultimately, all these ladies are offering is their "time". Why would someone take all the time to fly to you when they could stay "at home" and make the same (or likely 'more') without the hastle of travel?
Of course, you are aware that you'd also be paying her "expenses" in addition to the airline tickets, etc?
Aside... when I was setting up such an arrangement a while back, the lady looked at the travel reservations and replied "You want me to fly 'Coach'?"
My suggestion: meet with her first on "her turf". If the two of you 'click', it will be much easier to set up future engagements.
