I have been trying to cancel my subscription for days now, but TER will only allow you to unsubscribe if you provide the subscription number, which I do not have. I have emailed the staff for it, with no success. It's almost as if TER is making it intentionally difficult to cancel. Any tips?
To cancel your VIP membership, click on INFO & POLICIES at the top of the page, then click on 'Cancel Membership' in the left column.

Your subscription number is required to complete the form, and can be found by clicking on 'ACCOUNT MANAGER' at the top of the page, then clicking on 'Edit My Profile' in the left column, which will display your subscription number.

Your membership will be canceled withing 48 hours of submitting your cancelation request.
