It is important

In today's world the cameras are everywhere so we just have to deal with it. When you are entering an incall location you need to look like you belong there. I just walk in like I own the place, this type of confidence will prevent a lot of attention. If you look nervous or lost, you will draw a lot more attention from staff and other people. If it's the first time at a location, know the layout and how to recognize the lady by clothing, hair, build and where she will meet you.

When a lady comes down to get you at the door of a hotels, apartment or office building do you like this or think it adds more risk to being noticed?

So many places have cameras in lobbies and hallways it appears to be another way to get noticed.  I am always keeping a watchful eye out for cameras in parking lots and building to see who could be watching and how easy it is to determine where people are headed.

I am not comfortable with a camera being able to watch me from the parking lot to the lobby meeting a lady and then in a hallway with the lady right to her front door.

Should ladies come greet clients at the door when it would be more discreet to buzz them in?  I get that guys like to have deny ability and walk away of the lady does not look like they were hoping but at what risk?

I agree with you 100%. When ladies come down to greet their clients is risky especially when some camera or another person witnesses it. That encounter can become an incriminating evidence for umpteen number of unfortunate scenarios. But, on the other hand, there is nothing safe when playing this hobby. I would be much worried about some pimp dude beating the shit out of me and robbing me once I get to a incall location.

If my biggest worry is some pimp beating the shit out of me and robbing me when I get to the incall I think I would step up a notch or two in the quality of lady I scheduled with.  That said, to each their own.

And that is exactly for the reasons you give.  If she is repeatedly coming out to bring her clients in, it makes it more likely that she will draw unwelcome attention at some point.

the subject as some times I think when all sides are present some people change what they are doing to make themselves more safe at lease in their own comfort zone.  Lets face it, we all have learn from something we read somewhere right!?

Open conversation is what I was hoping for!

through a secure entrance, she should not be coming down to get you.  If security notices her doing this several times a day, it is likely she will get asked unwanted questions.

Being filmed is something you are going to have to get used to.  There are plenty of cameras now and the number is only going to increase.  I remember an incident from about a year ago in LV.  A young woman had run away from her family and was spotted on the crowded Las Vegas strip via facial recognition software despite her hair tucked under a baseball cap and large dark glasses.

I tend to have less of an issue with this because I am inclined to see the same providers versus a different one every time.

What I try to do in a new situation is come up with a believable story as to why I am there

My story will be the exact same, regardless of the circumstances.

Security: "Excuse me sir, may I ask what you are doing here"

Me: "I am here to see someone, why is that any of your fucking business?"

Ok, feel free to skip the "fucking" business part of the statement if it's not in your personality. My point is, any explanation you give is only going to give LE or Hotel security an excuse to press the issue. Rising above this and forcing them to justify bothering you tees up the next thing that should come out of your mouth if it's LE questioning you, which is "am I free to go?" I see no reason to be as polite to hotel security. When you act as if you own the place, people tend to treat you differently.

Let me put it this way, if you were actually a guest in the hotel, or if you were seeing a client or any other "legal" activity, would you seriously allow hotel security to interrogate you without copping an attitude? That's the mindet to have at ALL times.

The point is to know what you are going to say.  If you are confrontational, as under your scenario, you are going to make yourself more memorable to the person in question.   I don't see how that is a good thing.

If you weren't there to "hobby" and you were rousted by LE, hotel security or management, wouldn't you take a bit of an attitude?

I want them to remember me as a law abiding citizen who is not about to have his rights trampled. Also keep in mind that lying to LE is "obstruction of justice" a crime more serious than solicitation of a prostitute.

but to repeat my original question, just how would you take to being harassed in a hotel if you were actually there on "legitimate" business?

Even if security at a hotel is suspicious of your presence, they are not going to be confrontational.  A likely question is "can I help you sir", likely response, "no I am on my way to an appointment".

As far as obstruction goes, by the time you are talking to a LEO, your goose is already cooked.  Not happening in a hotel situation unless a sting is on.  If that ever happened to me, I'd STFU.

If I am hobbying, I want to be as far into the background as possible.

If hotel staff is confrontational, "sorry, I need to be somewhere."

Under your approach, the security guard is going to remember you.  Which is fine, until you go back to the same hotel and he decides to follow you on surveillance

How long did it take you to come up with your responses?

I just can't imagine for the life of me any hotel employee or security member asking me my business in a hotel to begin with. Yes, if you have that "lost look" on your face, I can see an employee wanting to help you out, but I don't need to practice in front of a mirror what I am going to say to him.

Sheesh, why do some of you make this so fucking difficult?

but you responded to my post and then had the fairly obnoxious subject line of "I ask you again".

Didn't know this was a cross-examination.  I have my opinion, you have yours.  We are not going to agree.  I think my way is much safer and I think most would agree.

In the meantime, have fun during the LE cavity search.

but I have been doing this for over forty years without issue.

but I suppose you are in the habit of letting people cross examine you about what you are doing in a public place. Personally, I don't let people interrogate me, once they see weakness there is no end to the questions they can start asking. The very thought of a hotel employee asking me my business in any other manner but to be helpful is simply foreign to me, which is why I doubt it will ever happen.

and you are right, you have your opinion and I have mine, mine just happens to be the right one. lol

you'll never have a problem with constipation.

Thank you for the supporting post.

I knew you would come around eventually

Sort of like some people watch jeopardy while others watch Wheel of Fortune? Any bets on which one the resident idiot watches???

I would get questioned all the time....mostly it was hotel employees asking if they could help me find where I was going.  Nothing wrong with asking where they elevators are as they point you in the right direction because it IS their job.  I found being agreeable and lost to be a quick fix for security and the left as quickly as the appeared.

If you're that worried about it where I am then you're doing it wrong.
Some of us have no choice in the matter of having CCTV in the lobby or around the perimeters of our brick & mortar locations which is a good thing IMO because even though my area has one of the best walk scores in town, there's still chances of overnight burglaries, car thefts etc and the security company requires that system in order to do their jobs efficiently.
As for hotels I'd think that if a lady was repeatedly coming out to escort gentlemen back to her room then that isn't a very smart idea though. Don't need any security cameras to see that something isn't quite right there .
My point is that you're to look and act as if you belong there and don't meet ladies in the lobby .
Kind of like sneaking into VIP parties without a pass .( which might I add, I've done & having that attitude works like a charm in 98% of my attempts, no joke .
Xo-V

you wanna go where, oh no you don't!  Nice try but that's not on the why I took this appointment!  Um excuse me...not beyond these lips!  Try that again and you get nothing from me!  And all that just to try and clean my patients teeth with floss...I can't imagine what the ladies here would do in some situations!  :-)

Confident, but not cocky! Agreeable and seemingly helpful gets you off the hook a lot of times. But it's whatever you're comfortable with. Whatever suits your personality. If you try to be something you're not, then that might be more of a sign that something is up.

As much as I'd like to greet them at the entrance, I'd be worried that it would cause too much attention. Especially if the guy is seen leaving shortly after. I like the idea that the people at the front desk don't know where my guests are going.
