An organic egg farm in Northern Minnesota chose an interesting name for their company. At least it's catchy even if some prudes are offended.

Their eggs are a lot better than the other organic brand from Larry Schultz.
 (From a chef's first hand experience, the shells don't crumble into a million pieces when you crack them.

Work has me traveling quite a bit, so the majoroty of my hobbying happens out there.  Once in a great while I get the chance to meet one of our fantastic local providers.  Not often enough, perhaps it's time to change that.
