Just to clarify you are saying to just place him on the blacklist with no warning. Its been a very long time and obviously the right thing to do was pay in the first place.

Have any ladies or gentlemen encountered this issue? How can I get a client (regular) who swindled me out of funds to pay up. I know he wouldn't want our connection to come out. He maliciously exploited my trust and good faith and I've given him a long time to pay. I have never explicitly asked for the money because I don't want it to look like extortion  I'm not sure how to approach him without looking bad. I know everything about him except cellphone number. I'd like some advice on this please.

You say that he is a regular; does this mean you still see him?

Just tell him that no money, no nooky.  That is not extortion, that's what businesses do with customers who don't pay up.

Now, if you are no longer seeing each other, then I have to tell you that you are SOL.  You'll never see the money; but you can still write to the black-list sites and tell them that the guy is a dead beat.  That is also not extortion as long as you don't threaten him with that action.   The only reason to do this is to help your fellow escorts avoid your fate.

Please do not threaten him with outing or any other such action.  That is extortion and he may be fool enough to drop a dime on you.

And, in the future, get the cash up front - always!

(still not a lawyer)

Just to clarify you are saying to just place him on the blacklist with no warning. Its been a very long time and obviously the right thing to do was pay in the first place.

Check with the black lists first and see if there is any statute of limitations for this kind of thing.

You can also try the route of contacting him and asking nicely if he would pay up his debt; but I suppose that could be a waste of time.

or you'll blacklist him, then he might retaliate with a bad review...  It could all be a lie...  but it could happen.  But it's nasty to BL him over non-payment with no warning...  since you agreed to extend him some sort of credit.
I think you should gently point out how long it has been, you've been patient...  but you expect him to be as good as his word.  I would not see him again, until this is satisfactorily concluded.  He may figure their are other fish in the sea & he already had the free bee you gave him.
It's up to you if you think this rises to the level of a BL offense.  You're pretty sketchy on details so I can't judge that.
I received an extended payment from a Fav once.  I accidentally left my hobby bag in the car...  with my donation among other things.  I had barely arrived & I was upset & embarrassed.  I offered to go get it or give her my keys to go get it...  she opted to have our session first.  We walked out together.  I opened the door & straightened some things on the seat (palming the bills, held together in a paper clip which how I keep them together).  We clasped hands as we kissed good bye, she received the donation & I left.
This game we love to play is cash right then.
