A while back.. years in fact.. I asked a question here about agency VS independent.. I said I expected that at least I knew that an agency girl would be up to date on blood work.. I was told I was nuts.. it's up to every girl.. the agency has no input there.. so you must be different (??) or things have changed..
I've been working for BI for slightly longer than a year and it's been the case here since before I came on. I can't speak for anybody else.
