On Nov. 6th to the 9th there is a convention coming to Chicago. The convention is at McCormick place with most convention goers staying downtown. I'm trying to set something up ahead of time as I will be attending the convention/expo on Monday 11-7 and Tuesday 11-8. Looking to set up a 1 hour outcall appointment to my Magnificent Mile hotel on Monday evening. Looking for a GFE appointment or sensual massage. I'm traveling from Michigan and don't want to resort to using BP. Finances are somewhat limited with $$$ to $$$.5 as a maximum. Looking for suggestions and or opportunities.

Your phrasing made you sound like a cheapskate. The difference in quality between your stated parameters and a couple hundred more is amazing. You're picking the bottom of the barrel. Why not treat yourself?
Saying 300 to 350 is bottom of the barrel is completely ridiculous. You can absolutely find quality GFE providers at that price point.
He said what his financial limits are, not everyone has unlimited money to spend on this "hobby". I think that he will be able to find a nice non BP lady with the range he stated.

Women set their rates as they see fit, and people have different budgets for different things. The OP asked for a very realistic, easily accommodated price point. If he were looking for an hour-long doubles date at that rate, I'd question his budget.
To the OP- you can easily enter in your price point parameters in the search function here and see who comes up
I have to disagree with you there.You can find well-reviewed reputable providers in Chicago for the rate range he mentioned.
Not too cool to put down providers in that rate range because you can afford to spend more.That is great for you but why rain on someone else's parade about his budget?He does not sound like a cheapskate at all not for an hour appt.
This is what ter is here for to read reviews and search for providers listed from lower to mid range to high end there is providers for everyone's wallet.

They mostly work out of the northwest suburbs. But, probably willing to travel. Especially with a convention in town.

To be honest, $$$$$ is pretty much the standard rate in Chicago. But, they're plenty of ladies that are within your range. If you do not have a VIP membership I suggest you get one. You can search by $, read reviews, and start emailing ladies to set up your date.
And, No, you are not scraping the bottom of the barrel at your range. Far from it, in fact.
