I'm just curious if I'm wasting my time or not💋

We get 4-5 appointments a week from Twitter. People compliment me on our website profiles (content is content) all the time. I once got a tip AS A BOOKER for responding to someone on social media and fixing him up. Like, the provider had to figure out how to send me money because it was unprecedented.

I think as far as social goes, TER and website copy, emails, that stuff is most important. But in ten years or so, if you aren't on whatever the iteration of Instagram will be then, you won't be getting a lot of clients.

Why the hell would we read your blog!!!

 Just my 2 cents

However in my blog it's where you would find some impromptu specials and barter opportunities that we are not allowed to post on ter. It also lets you find out the more personal side of me. But, if nobody bothers to read it then why would I bother to write it and why would I bother to offer the specials? Thanks for your two cents. Have a great day Lamont.

I always look at blogs. Most of them are not populated. A good blog is a plus.

This could be a chicken-egg thing. MANY escort websites have a blog heading but when you go there, it's got nothin'. I get accustomed to not seeing anything under "blog" so I skip it ... unless I have the time or impulse.

Maybe people don't keep up their blogs because they don't get any clicks (assuming she is monitoring her website activity).

bostonint has a point about the direction things are going (social media, blogs) but the current status of most escort blogs is very primitive.

BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY: Just like email, websites, ad malls, etc. have provider friendly variants, I think we need provider (and hobby) friendly Social Media.  See my frequent rants about "Social Media: Avoid Like the Plague That It Is" because of their stated purpose to CONNECT EVERYONE even if they don't want to be connected.

Instead of FaceBook, how about OutOfMyFaceBook which will NOT try to out you with every click and let your friends and relatives know what you are doing. Instead of Twitter, how NotWitter which will post info but not connect all the dots. You get the interfaces without the incessant linking and snooping and outing.

I'd write a blog about my thoughts on this, but no one would read it.

enjoy reading blogs, but my experience is that 99% of blogs get abandoned within a month or two.  Some of them are one-and-done.  A blog with a weekly update is about my minimum.  Anything less frequent and I will simply lose track or forget.

That said, a separate twitter feed allows for easier "quick updates" and you can always link from the tweet to the blog if needed.  From the readers perspective, tweets are also a good way of monitoring and knowing a new blog post has been added

I do read ladies blog when I have time, but yes many ladies have a blog with nothing in there either

Now I know my time is not wasted

I enjoy reading your blog. Informative and entertaining - just like you!
