 Wow.  That's a really big deal...it must have been a huge decision to make, and even bigger to share it with all of us.

 "The things in our environment either nurture us or deplete our energy.  There is no middle ground."  It's absolutely brilliant of you to notice when you're no longer being nurtured, and to further still create the changes in your life that will allow fulfillment.  I admire you for your choice to use your strength to map a new direction for your life.  

 Anytime someone leaves behind a life that no longer fulfills it's original need the way it was intended, in favor of pursuing new and different dreams and goals, is cause for celebration.  Congratulations on being the driver of your own life and having the strength and courage to not just sit back and let your life drive itself.

I can't say that I know you well but I wish you the best of luck.  I think it is great that you have the courage and the freedom to pursue what is going to make you happiest.  

When it is all said and done, whether you are rich or poor. If your not happy then it all doesn't matter.
