A case under review by the Canadian Supreme Court could change things in the Great White North.
A ruling is expected sometime this year.
Existing laws could be upheld or be nullified when a judgement is announced.

Can not however solicit in a public PLACE - like streets, bars, common areas of hotels etc. The Edmonton PD even on their site made it clear in a massage parlor closed room it was considered private and not in violation of public rule.

Toronto has gone up in price to around $200-250/hr. Most agencies have drivers and very efficient. Also lots of independents since no legal risks.

O Canada is wonderful when their Charter of Rights and Freedoms is much stronger on freedoms than the U.S. Constitution.
