In any case, to the OP: How long has it been? You have to give them a couple of days to push all the right buttons.
If it is over a couple of days, go write to them and ask what's upWHat is going on?
Have you tried to contact the admin's and ask them why your VIP is not up.
They are about the only one's who can answer this question.
