Hit or miss for me...

X-rated pics or videos are not something I see very often on escorts' websites.  Classy / mysterious and suggestive without being too explicit is the norm.  So if you go with explicit pics, you will be going outside the norm a bit and it will stand out - whether in a good or bad way as judged on a subjective client-by-client basis.

For me, it depends on how well the pics are done.  If the production quality of the pics is too low or there is something intangibly "off" in my mind, the pics can come off as trashy.  If the pics have pro quality and a bit of artistic flair, it can be really hot for me.  You'll probably find guys all over the map on this issue.  Viva la difference.

If I find out that a provider has done porn before (pro or amateur), I always try to check out some of their film work before meeting them if I can.  They usually don't have links to their film work on their websites, but it's easy enough to find in the age of the internet.  And I find it very hot to see the girl at work on film before I have an appointment with her.

Good luck

x rated photos on a provider website?!
I was thinking about adding a members only section to my website and was curious to get the publics opinion.

Is it a turn on?
Turn off?
Doesn't matter?

Do you prefer classy / mysterious or all out in the open so you know what you're getting?

I've been wondering the same.

I would love to have a place to post my naughty photos but I've hit a mental road block when it comes to the presentation. My major worry is that putting the photos behind a members-only section won't guarantee they won't wander off into the wild.

Explicit vs mysterious is a question I've asked my guys. I hear responses in favor of mysterious more often than the other

Personally, I don't think x-rated pics would make or break a deal for me. In general, I prefer the real thing to pics, anyway!

Do other Providers have experience of knowing how effective such pics are for securing a reservation and meeting? In a sense, what is the ROI?  Do you get appointments (not just inquiries, but confirmed appointments) from non-members and THEN they join to see the x-pics? In other words, do they join AFTER the first meeting?

As Naomi said, even behind a members-only wall, your pics are out of your control once someone decides to view and download (and do more with) them.  In general, many guys don't want to deal with members-p-only stuff. ANOTHER name and password I have to remember? (Or maybe just a password.) Just TOO MUCH stuff to have to remember! (And I'm not sharing passwords with a site that might not be secure.)

Regular boudoir, glamour, bikini, lingerie and even every-day selfie pics convey a lot about the woman I can expect to see behind the door. I don't think I need gyno or procto shots to make a decision ... at least I haven't in the past.

Uh oh ... maybe I'm sounding like a hobbyist version of a luddite: "Internet with pics? Why would we need that when I can see a small, grainy B&W photo in the "Adult Classifieds" section of the weekly smut rag?"

There may be some positives, but not for me. The major negative I see is losing control of your x-pics.

I definitely like a mix of hardcore and classy

your website and it can be sublime or you can post something
a bit raunchier ... I'm OK with either

But even xxx can leave a little something to the imagination....
that can be even HOTTER!

Your comfort level is important. If you're not a 100% with this idea, don't do it. If your mind's set for this plan, go for it, no harm if you don't try.

I had a members section on my site in the past, it was more tease stuff on there (videos and pics) I wouldn't release publicly on my Twitter. I prefer not having one to keep my site cleaner, cleaner in the sense of less clutter.  Plus a lot of men would ask for the PW, some would never book or book then cancel just to gain access.

Private section was a lot of upkeep for me as well because I updated frequently. In all honesty did not see a change

And everything on it, "protected" or not is available for people to clip out, repost and further distribute. So you needn't go any further than you have in your posted pictures. Recently a provider sent me her "twitter" link, it was NSFW, and I was amazed at what she was willing to post there. Keep it subtle, a little mystery is a good thing.

Now if someone can answer the question why does Aldo get all the work?

...and I believe you are incapable of anything but a good selfie!  ;-)
