Have you tried PMing the reviewer and asking about the accuracy of the pictures?
With only the one review I would stay away unless you can get more info from a source you are willing to trust.

There's a new review for a new Stella. Reviewer says real and accurate photo.
But lots of Google image search hits for multiple locations. Red flag up.
What do people make of this? Stay away? SW burbs locations are so convenient for me, little head is talking this up
