Although all of the above would be fine, I think I most often prefer something fashionable, sexy, and wearable on the street.  It would definitely depend on my mood though.

My preference is not on your list...

I love it when a lady opens the door wrapped in a towel right out of the shower, hair and skin still wet.

One of my faves from the summer - once she is comfortable with you she will answer the door in nothing but a robe which is gone in seconds.
  The last time I saw my current favorite I got her to leave the hotel door propped open and waiting for me nude on the bed. I didn't actually think she would do it but she did and that proves comfortability.

are would probably be my favorite.  A nice short dress with thigh highs is likely the second.

Totally a sucker for sheer, black, lace top thigh highs with or without anything else...  But...

I remember Marissa (sp?) a blonde provider here many years back...  She showed up at her apartment in sweats with her hair up.  After a little talk she went to switch into something "a little more comfortable."  As I have said here before, she underestimated her GND appeal, and the way her sweats made it feel like a sweet chance encounter.

For whatever reason, when I look back at all the gals that answered the door in a silky robe or sexy lingerie, I don't really remember any one outfit.  But when I think back to the times I was met with jeans and an oxford shirt, or a conservative dress you'd see at a work place...  or Marissa's sweats...  I remember those moments in vivid detail...  But, that's just me.

A few months ago, a well known provider unlatched the door for me when I was on my way up, and I found her in the bed, under the covers, all warm and snuggly and waiting for me.  There's a lot to be said for that too.

Lets start with the way that you are dressed in your ad, and throw in the wrong end of a strap on to make it even more interesting

If I learn on my own that there are no panties under the dress, things warm up.  I don't often ask because I am cautious about being too bossy but I like it when a lady asks if I have a preference.  A T-shirt and sweats is a downer, it indicates that my visit is not worth any effort.

I favor simplicity here.

Thus some of my favorites from your list are an open robe (and just that), sexy panties and/or bra (just one or the other is just fine, in the spirit of "keep it simple"), a man's oxford shirt (not the button-up T-shirt though, that sounds kinda weird to me), and just heels.  And of course, the simplest of all is au naturale!  

But I'm not picky.  Whatever makes a woman feel comfortable and sexy is fine with me.  I've only made one wardrobe request of a provider, and she forgot about it.  But what she had on (or didn't have on) was perfect.  So I leave wardrobe selection to the lady.

Another of my favs are those little spandex micro/mini dresses. with nothing underneath of course.
