I would have 3 to 4 candles spread out. I would have her favorite drink whatever it is on hand. And also her favorite appetizer would be available (if she has one). And of course I would have that smooth music in the background.
I've only done one outcall visit though, my second time doing it, It was a awhile ago and the only thing I did that time was have the room neat & clean and I had my MP3 player stacked up with all the great songs.

She asked what she can do to make her visitors more comfortable, how to enhance the mood, that sort of thing...
So gentleman: What do you do for outcalls, when the lady comes to your place or your hotel room, to enhance the mood and make your lady feel more comfortable?

I've got an upcoming outcall and really want to make her feel comfortable and set a nice mood.. but I've never done anything like that before.. it was always much more informal with SO's.

While I do care about the general appeal of the place - clean is the key - - now I am no lady so I do not know why I a posting a reply. However, they way I see it is, I am not doing all that crap to have a good time. The way I see, clean up the junk, they set the stage and make the mood.
Rare for me to get an outcall (unless I'm in a hotel), but when it does arise I like to set the stage....I make certain to leave socks and underwear on the floor...leave my wife's nightie hang'ng over the side of the bed...and always arrange to have a small child burst in looking for a lost favorite toy before the session is through!
On a slightly more serious note, I treat it same as if I had been on a date and the lady has been duped, uhm, ahem, that is..the lady has decided! to come back to my place...I tidy up (everything under the bed), make sure I have candles and clean sheets, and load a winamp playlist full of sweet sexy music (enya and sara mclauchlan are sweet, as are kate bush and bjork, but to keep it fun I may throw in a barry white or two!)...I also make sure to stock the fridge with a handful of drinks (beers, winecoolers, and sodas). Toys, lubs, protection, etc. are in sight but not obtrusive.
Make her comfortable and she'll make you happy. Now if only I could get the webcam hidden in the ventilation shaft...

Yes the things we care about are a nice comfortable non threatening atmosphere. Soft lights or candles, nice music and wine, show that you want to be with the lady just as much. You know I have had a few thank you cards at the end of night with the gift in , I still have kept every thank you card I have received and I remember the gentlemen very well. To me the card just added more to the moment and took away from the money. I LOVED IT.
