You can check on the status of your submitted reviews by clicking on the 'Account Manager' link at the top of the page, then click on 'My Reviews' in the left column.
This will display all of your submitted reviews along with the status of each.

I posted 2 reviews in dec. and neither one has been posted.Is this normal?
Go to the top of the page and click on VIP community, then to the left of page for account manager. When you see "My reviews". Go there and you should find the reason for your review not being approved. Make the edits necessary and hopefully they'll both be up in the next 72 hours.
You can check the status of your reviews. You can find that option on site where you posted the reviews. The staff member that examined you review should list a reason why it is being held up or has been rejected.
