Doubtful about effectiveness,  but LE checks are a fun test to pass! I always kinda liked them as a unique first greeting with a new gal.

I'm still a relative newbie and I've heard multiple opinions, and seen different posts in reviews. Is there really an effective LE check besides doing ones' home work in advance?

I think there is.

I think it's not that difficult for clients to do a LE check with providers, home work could amount to 50 percent of the LE check. At the risk of sounding cryptic, I'm not about to post a list of 50 different LE checks on line for LE to examine.

But first I want to say that the LE check I use is like a flow chart. It's not always the same and it depends on the providers reaction to how things progress in the appointment process including what she says and how she acts.

I can list a few common mistakes that clients make.

1.) They can't shut their big mouth. Don't ever negotiate the deed over text, email or phone, EVER! FYI.. LE loves it when you say - can I have this and this for this amount of money -. You are already convicted the minute you do that, they just need you to show up to finish the formalities. As far as you cheap skates that want a written contract with the provider before you pull the trigger: stick with reviewed ladies with consistent histories of service, and still keep your big mouth shut until you are about a third of the way in the appointment and have consummated the session.

2.) LE wants you to talk, legitimate providers generally want you to shut up. So if the provider keeps asking questions, then tell her you just want a massage. LE will have a difficult time convicting you if you didn't say or do anything illegal as well as AGREE by saying YES to anything illegal.

3.) Don't bring covers, plan B phone lists (of other providers) or your hobby phone into the appointment (with other providers call history on it). This provides evidence against you and you don't need any of that with you for a good time.

4.) If the provider has an explicit ad that mentions sex, then how are you going to deny your guilt in court? So stay away from those providers!

5.) FYI, LE is allowed to lie to catch you committing a crime.

6.) The - show me your breast - LE check is kinda old, but it might help. This one is NOT on the top of my list.....lol.

I can list 44 more things that you shouldn't do and tell tale signs she is LE, but they read this board too!

If LE wants you, they will get you.  They will make promises, they will threaten you, they will  let a provider grab their balls, give a BJ, and, in some cases, have sex with them.  Female officers will allow groping.  In other words, they will engage in criminal activity.   Now, if LE did those things, a provider  or hobbyists would likely be able to get out of it IF you have the money to hire an attorney and don't mind your name being on the 5 o'clock news.    Most people can't or won't go through the time, expense, and humiliation of fighting the charge.    IMO, most people just take the misdemeanor and are back to business as usual the next day.

As for just saying you are looking for a massage, I believe massage is illegal in MN without a license (don't quote me on that, I could be wrong).

Screening for the ladies and hobbyists doing their homework lessons the chances you will get popped but even those are not 100% foolproof.  There are no guarantees.

IMO, most people convict themselves because they talk too much when LE comes a knocking and making promises.  Zip the lip and don't say anything.  Always ask for your attorney.

LE check is useless, IMO.

Oh honey, they can arrest you even if you just want a massage. Don't fool yourself, intent is enough for a citation here & a couple sessions of John school ( which I've heard is where some ex providers yell at you...kind of like being at home if you're married to a mean wife lol.

Just to re quote you: "LE wants you to talk, legitimate providers generally want you to shut up."
A truer sentence has never been said.....

It's always good to let the gal lead at least at first, especially if you got to read a bunch of her reviews.

Belinda is right though LE is pretty smart I think if they really want you they'll get you- if not for one thing than another....

Correct me please if I'm wrong but us gals who have pages of reviews are really not ever thought of as LE are we?
Has a case like that ever happened ....where LE used a well reviewed ladies identity? Just curious....

it is true that if they want to get you they will.  If you believe that cops are honest and truthful you are dangerously naïve.  However; what you can and should do is lower your profile.

Stealth is not invisible it is just much much smaller on the radar.  If you can make a 80ft wide  B2 airplane look like a Canadian Goose the people watching the radar will not see you.

some obvious things;

1. do not ask "are you affiliated with LE'  you just confirmed that intend to violate.  they will lie and get you.

2.  any add should be very vague.  tough that out until you have ter reviews then let the reviews speak for you.  Do Not offer sex or say "so tight and wet"  in your add...

3. Do Not put in the disclaimer in adds "by calling me you verify..."  Ladies; You just convicted your self, you said in print that you are going to violate and they will lie...

3.  The law says you must agree to trade a sex service for $.  Just don't do that!!  if either participant asks a question that would link $ to service make a clear statement (for the tape recorder) "I only offer cuddling and body rub. I do not and will not do anything that violates the law"  Followed by " I think we do not understand each other and I want you to leave"  For the guys " I am not interested in anything that would be against the law and I think I need to leave".  Now do not say another word.

4. guys do not mention or point to or indicate in any way that you put $ in a place where she can see it.  Put it down where she can see it and forget it happened...

5. Ladies; never never ever touch the money until Elvis has left the building.  If he did not offer and you did not agree to anything about $ and did not touch the money you have a plausible excuse.  if you touch it you are busted.

6. do not negotiate period; ladies do not make any statement that deals with X for $.  If you upsell you are busted and a bad provider.
Men; don't ask for discounts you cheap creepy putts.  learn the price and leave it on the dresser.  If you don't like the price call a low rent lady, have some class and cover your ass.

If you don't do anything dumb are you guaranteed; No  but if you do not make yourself a target you are much less likely to get hit.  learn the rules, use your head and don't be cheap or up-sell.  The key is make the others a easier and better target, keep your profile low and do not negotiate ever.  They will go after someone else if you make yourself a hard target.

Be safe ladies, we love you..

if you find yourself in the room with LE performing a sting, things are not going to go well for you.  There is a very high probability you will be going "downtown" to talk so if you are married its game over.

It is important to remember not to have a conversation with them.  You are required to identify yourself but beyond that remember your right to remain silent and have an attorney.  Also, do not lie to them; that alone can get you in trouble.
