LE is ONLY interested in generating revenue(I.E - fines, property seizure, etc...) - Seriously, they're not targeting human traffickers(just look at who all the stings are targeting), they're after the locals to bring in dollars to justify their jobs, otherwise you WOULD see them pursuing those referenced in this thread.
