I tried something called horny goatweed a few years ago. It seems to work somewhat, but I may have taken too many of the pills, I had good volume, but it was like water in consistency.

I have had endlessly better luck using exercise to strengthen the muscles of the lower stomach, above the penis, at the base of the penis and lower back. Not only does the exercise work to increase volume, it also makes my penis harder and firmer before, during and after sex. I can produce multiple servings in a session as another positive benefit.

Stomach crunches work well. I do one set where I crunch pulling both legs and shoulders toghether and one set where I alternate the procedure with single leg/shoulder combinations. I try to do as many repetitions of each as I have time for and attempt to perform them every day.

I do two other exercises that work well. One involved laying flat on my back and pulling the knees toward my chest. I work to do 200 of these repetitions. The third exercise has me laying flat on my back and alternately lifting my legs up into an L shape, lowering them them pulling them up again in a V shape. The two motions count as one repetition. I wrork to get 50 to 75 of the repetions done per day.

The fourth exercise that I perform has me laying on my stomach with a pillow positioned just above my waistline. I lift my legs in a V shape as high as I can without producing any back strain and hold them in that position as long as I can tolerate. I work to get in a total of 5 to 10 minutes of time with my legs held in the V position. Try not to think about ladies while doing this exercise. The last thing you will want is a hardon while laying in the position for the exercise.
