I have enjoyed this 60 and Over site very much.  It's probably the most thoughtful board on TER, and it's good to have a group of people with similar age and issues.  

There have been a few conversations about the effect of Flomax, Rapaflo and Terazosin on performance and the amount of ejaculation, but I've not found any on Avodart, which reduces the size of the prostate.  I've recently been prescribed it for BPH and have found it helpful for that condition, but a real problem in other ways.  It hasn't affected libido in any way or the ability to have an erection, but it has drastically reduced the amount of ejaculation, something I am having a really hard time getting used to.  I admit it's probably ego more than anything, but it's bothersome nevertheless.

Are any others on Avodart and experiencing the same thing, and, if so, are there any remedies you have found helpful?  

Any insights or ideas would be appreciated.
