Not for nothing I'm not hobbying every week. Maybe a few times a year as I like to treat myself and this site and / or board is the best place to keep up to date with what's going on in the hobbying / provider community. But as of recent the boards have been full of drama and narcissism, which I have neither the time or need with my busy life. I like hobbying for many reasons, but my # 1 is, is that I'm not necessarily paying for a woman's company but more like paying not to have to deal with drama and bullshit. But then I come on here and all I read is drama and bullshit, everyone is bashing each other, stories of blackmail, providers knocking down other providers. But the thing is, it's all the same people, particularly the providers that are involved, makes me loose complete interest in seeing you in a professional manner, it's such a turn off. In this hobby men aren't just paying for a service, it'd be safe to assume that 90% of hobbyists can pick up a girl at a bar just fine, we're paying for your discression. The providers that are always involved in the drama on these boards are exactly the ones I know to stay away from. There are a few providers that I was interested in seeing but after reading the discussion board and the back and forth on threads it completely turned me off.

It's always great to be informed, but maybe check once a week or bi-weekly if it feels too negative for you. Or just get on social media like twitter so you can block the negative nancy's or the people who stress you out. Or just mute the non-informative people so they don't know you blocked them.
Lots of ladies are on there too.
Anyway, great thing is the work is pretty much done if you get the VIP. I get a Red Lobster or some kind of gift card for payment every so often and update my VIP.. it's quick and easy. Then you don't really have to visit the discussion forums so much, but can still create a girl right on the search function for hair color, heigh, age, body type - price... and from there, read reviews and check her out to make sure she's legit via other resources as well.
The entire point of this is to meet women, right? But it's also a fellowship for the guys... there is also an RO board, which I believe you can get on if you have at least ten reviews... if you're not into that, just get the VIP and let the auto search narrow down the ladies for you

I think that the turn off goes both ways. I am definitely turned off by older "gentleman" gossiping and bullying a woman like middle school boys on a playground. I have most definitely taken names and added them to my own personal do not see list. I also laughed at the 90% part!! LOL I will be laughing at that all weekend. I appreciate the cool people that I have met through this board and I was quite shocked at the back and forth that was going on. However I will say that the few men that were spearheading that little drama leave little to be desired in general. Everything that I have ever read from a couple of them have always had nasty little rude under tones. I mean who wants to entertain clients that may potentially say harmful and damaging things about your business which directly affects our livelihood. Its just rude and diabolical if you ask me.
The only thing rude and diabolical here is a post op not telling a hobbist that she was a he at one point..ouch !!!!!
Please don't put all who spoke out about the provider who lied in the same category. True, some were piling on, but others, like myself, had seen the provider in question not knowing he(r) status. And when I wrote a review that did not give her the ratings (s)he expected (s)he pm'd me with threats and vile language. Then I found out the truth and was totally disgusted. So I spoke out. I don't think that's bullying, it's seeking the truth.

Candice, I'm not sure who you are responding to, but i was not "making jokes" about TS people. I was simply pointing out that not everyone was bullying the provider. Instead, I was expressing my anger and frustration with the deceit. I would say the same thing about anyone who deceived me and then threatened me when they didn't like a review. Trust me, it wasn't funny receiving vile emails and threats from someone who had lied to me and others.
I'm far more educated then you . You couldn't afford a cab in my hometown. So Before you cast aspersions on me know what you're talking about .

Wow.
I just want to fuck the gorgeous women I select, enjoy myself and ideally have the lady enjoy herself too, all with no other obligation for either of us. All the other gossip and back and forth and texted attitude on these boards is meaningless. I've tried righting wrongs in posts before and I've tried working with TER to correct errors. Both actions lead to frustration and escalation.
So, I just shifted back to what this hobby is about: screwing for pure and mostly selfish enjoyment.
Isn't that the whole point?
