Like, does she have any reviews, on TER or anywhere else (just don't tell us where, if "anywhere else"-- against the rules)?  If not, I'd proceed with caution. One thing you could do is ask her if a well-reviewed provider would vouch for her--like a reference. Then check with the reference before going any further.

The first question you should ask yourself is why she contacted you? You have only two posts on this Board in the past year - this one, and one regarding the infamous Rachel. You have only four reviews, and one is your review of how Rachel ripped you off. I mean no disrespect when I say that I don't see why a new provider would pick you out of the crowd to contact. I would start by asking her that question. If, say, she says she got your name from one of the ladies you have reviewed (unless it's Rachel) you can start by contacting that lady. If she has no good explanation, a random message to a relative newbie seems rather suspicious.  

On the other hand, I have twice responded to ladies who posted comments on this board, asking for someone to write them reviews. I met them, wrote them 'first' reviews, and both went on to solid careers in the hobby. Someone has to write the first review for every new provider, else the hobby dies. You just review your horoscope, get a reading from the tarot cards, roll the bones, consult with the little head, check your gut, and take a chance.
