I heard they've developed a technique for doing brain transplants in Boston.  The news carried a story about a woman who went to get a transplant for her son.... a procedure he needed to save his life.  The surgeon told her that a male brain costs $3,000,000 dollars, but a female brain would only cost $100,000 dollars.  The woman demanded to know why men's brains cost more than women's.  He replied, "Simple madame.  A womans brain has been used!" LOL
