If you knew, that your dentist is behind a schedule, then with all due respect you need to let us know,  
that you won't be able to make that appt
While I got use to it, that cancellations are a daily occurrence, NCNS simply is feature of a Retards

FYI,  

"Retard" an umbrella term that includes idiot, imbecile, cretin, and moron.  Each of these defines  degrees of intelligence impairment (from lowest to highest IQ) in the medical classification system used until the 1970s by psychologists/psychiatrists for what we now call developmental disabilities or to refer to people as "mentally challenged."  So, in your vain of political correctness, each the suggested "better words" in your post should be seen as equally offensive, perhaps more so.  

I'll give you douchebag as a rather apt metaphoric substitute to retard for this guy's actions.

That said, I find it most appropriate for Sandra to refer to the clown that NCNSed one of her always stellar girls "mentally challenged."

By the way Sandra, when is Elsa coming back?  Inquiring minds (and real men) want to know!

Retard is only an "umbrella" term if you're on an elementary school yard. Which we're not.  
Citing political correctness is a cop-out. Plus, the use of 'retard' is shitty grammar. It's a verb.  
But, it's also pejorative. And that was my only point, your medical term bullshit not withstanding.

1.  No, I meant vain, not vein.  Look it up.

2.  The term retard includes some of the other also non-PC terms you cited as being more appropriate to call out the NCNS "douchebag."

3.  Retard was an accepted medical term up until the '70s.  I was merely trying to point out to you that the other terms you stated would be more appropriate are equally offensive in the 21st century.  I don't know where the schoolyard reference comes from.

4.  You raised the PC issue by your post, and called out a respected agency owner.

5.  "Retard" in the context Sandra used it a noun, not a verb, as it referred to the douchebag that NCNSed his appointment.  Do you remember Person, Place or Thing from your schoolyard days?

5.  The terms cretin, moron, and idiot suggested by you as substitutes are as equally offensive and not nice (pejorative) to those in PC mode.

Awesome response. And no, I don't remember my schoolyard days. They were so long ago.
But I long ago worked with developmentally challenged folks in a mental hospital's occupational therapy department. And if one wanted to truly hurt or anger or alienate them calling them retards would do it. The other names I suggested would do the same thing, and I regret suggesting those. Douche bag, as you stated, was more appropriate. But I'll stand by my original intent. And you can stand by yours. Have a good night

Be respectful of other people's time and call if you have to cancel.  Life happens and most of these ladies are understanding when things come up. I don't care if is an $80 a half hour B* lady or a $1,000 an hour TER lady, they deserve the same respect!  Treat others the same way you would like to be treated!
