Table showers have never been erotic for me either.  The girls seem to just want you to be clean.  I agree with the comment that the more time the girl spends cleaning your privates, the better the soft touch will be.  If they don't even touch you down there during the shower, you may as well request another girl because nothing fun is going to happen.  (I have never had the guts to do that though.)
