No they wouldn't care. There isn't even a federal law that bans P4P with adults. Even if there were, it would have to specifically say that the law applies to an American everywhere in the world. This is like if you drive on the Autobahn, you are only subject to the speed limit laws of that country, so when you are there you can drive far in excess of the speed limit that we have in this country, and you are breaking no laws in this country.
But the law against sexually exploiting children is a serious federal crime, and this law was specifically written to apply to an American anywhere in the world. Another law that has that same kind of far reach like that is the law against murder. If you murdered another American while overseas, you are subject to American law on that one too, and if nobody bothered to arrest you before you came home, you can certainly be arrested when you come home. So murder and sex with children are two things that they took seriously enough to make it illegal everywhere.
I wouldn't worry about a thing. I do it all the time, as a matter of fact I just got back two days ago from a week in Costa Rica, the main purpose of course was to fuck a bunch of chicas. I am probably a bit more brazen than most, I don't even bother lying when I clear customs. I don't specifically mention P4P but when asked what the purpose of my trip was, I usually respond "To get drunk, and fuck chicas" Usually I get a smile or laugh in return and am told "welcome home" lol
As for fucking children, I don't think we should be giving those sick fucks the least bit of warning. I don't care which country they get locked up in, as long as the children of the world are safe from those predators.

I used to wonder how people could travel back and forth to South America often enough to be a drug mule without raising suspicion over all those Latin America stamps on their passport. Now a passport only lasts me 2-3 years before the pages are completely stamped over, and most of my travel is to Latin America, but I get a hell of a lot more grief traveling to Canada than South America.
You would be amazed how nice most of the custom agents are once they are comfortable that you are doing nothing wrong. I've cleared customs in Costa Rica with the same lady three or four times in the last couple of years. She always calls me a "bad boy" because I put "Hotel Del Rey" as my expected address, which is a world famous whore mongering destination, I always reply back "woof woof", I know she get's a kick out of it.

I sincerely hope that our fellow TER members are not endeavoring to travel abroad to commit such acts. That is the ultimate in disgust and a real crime against children and humanity.
