Whre are these reviews of Alexa Rae? I couldn't find any. I looked under her name, and nothing came up. I looked up just Alexa and there was only one review, and I think it was a different girl.

I'm no expert on this, but maybe your looking in the wrong city. Make sure it's blank, or go to los angeles for the city choices. That's all I can think of, unless I have some "super vip pass" that gets her reviews, just because I'm so special.
