I just wrote a review, and was looking at some of my past reviews.  I noticed that I gave good reviews to women who treated me with respect. I realize that this is a business transaction, but if we respect each other, it can be a very enjoyable transaction.  

Gentleman, be gentle men. I always ask what the ground rules are. Some you can ask about in advance such as GFE. Some should be asked in private. For example,  I am very sensitive,  so I ask my partner to not do a lot of work between my legs. That's one of my ground rules.
