My "adopted" family Thanksgiving is on Saturday, hardly anyone seems to eat on Thursdays anymore.
Anything beats my 2006 Thanksgiving up on the Range (-17F) at a VFW with school lunch trays of food with my Grandpa. How he wasn't as depressed back then I have no idea. Finished the night off with a Red Baron pizza. Those were the days! Hope everyone has a great holiday.I hope everyone has a happy and safe Thanksgiving. Drive carefully!! For those who don't have family to spend it with, I hope you are able to find surrogate families. After all, it's not blood that makes a family. It's choice, love, and acceptance. Some of my most memorable (and fun!) Thanksgivings were spent with non-blood relatives!! If you are alone today, please do something nice for yourself!! You deserve it!
