For a number of years, silicone-filled implants were banned.  

So what a lot of ladies were getting were the saline-filled type; for various reasons, some ladies got implants that were over-filled.  Picture a water balloon filled to the point just before it will explode..... not much give there, right?

Even when not over-filled, saline implants are firmer than silicone.    

What most women are getting nowadays are the cohesive gel (often called gummy-bear) silicone implants, which are not exactly the same as the old silicone-gel ones, but nevertheless feel much more natural than saline.

I've had my saline-filled implants for over a decade and I still love them.  Mine were not over-filled (my surgeon wouldn't do that, just his policy) but they are still firmer than most silicone add-ons.   But over the years they, like the rest of me, have softened.  LOL!

Also it is true that good plastic surgeons, even up to 20 years ago, could create masterpieces that were difficult if not impossible to detect.  It's the hacks that gave the art a bad name

Whether a provider has man mades or God given. That's way down the checklist before I see a provider.

... I have a strong preference for natural, and bias my selections accordingly.  I absolutely avoid the "extreme" enhancements to DD and beyond.  I don't find that look appealing at all.  I still see some providers with enhancements if some degree of restraint has been applied.

Some of the most erotic and sexy ladies I know are natural small breasted women. They know how to dress to their advantage and bring many more things to the table than a couple of pieces of silicon. No interest here. The only exception is someone who has them for reconstructive reasons.  

For myself it makes a big difference on weather I make contact or not.  I hate all fake tits period and no exceptions.  If I know about them I won't contact them in the first place and if I find out by feeling them I won't make a return visit.  If I'm paying XX amount of $$ then I want what I want.  Sorry ladies with fake tits but that the way I feel.  no pun intended.

I have seen many providers with bolt-ons, and most were pretty nice.  I can only remember a couple that were too hard and didn't feel natural.  Just having implants is not a reason for me to avoid a provider.

I don't care, prospectively or in bed, whether breasts are natural or enhanced.  

I love to play with breasts.  I do care passionately about their shape, size, texture, softness, responsiveness, sensitivity, whether they stand out or sag down, and how the owner feels about them.

I dislike (for sex play) huge breasts, saggy breasts, hard breasts, numb nipples, over-sensitive "don't touch" breasts or nipples.  Doesn't matter how they got that way.

since most enhanced breasts I've encountered don't feel right to me.  OK maybe they were poor examples of the plastic surgeons art.  But since I am really turned on by smaller natural titties I am always disappointed by the bigger enhanced ones.  I remember one date about a year ago with a lovely young provider I had selected in large part because she had the cutest little perky naturals.  Imagine my extreme disappointment when I met her and discovered she'd recently had a boob job.  What a tragedy!  To any ladies out there who think they will be more attractive if they get their breasts enlarged, don't believe it for a second!  Many guys like me prefer you just as you are.
