It is nice, in a way that we are being quoted. There is a gray line between “acceptable use” and a copyright violation. Generally as long as the girls are cool and post a link to TER on the same page we have no problem with this.
There is one provider in particular that has copied her entire delisted profile (HTML and all, only changing colors) and all of the reviews she had. That matter has already been sent to our attorney and is pending possible legal action.

I just came across a provider who is using content from this site on her own. The content is from a regional discussion board. Is that type of info considered a free for all that anyone can use another's comments or once posted does it become yours? Just thought I'd ask. I can give you the specifics if you'd like. thanks
