Hi, maybe I can help out on this for both the ladies, and any guys thinking about going under the needle.  I'm a TS provider with a penis peircing who's also been with two gents with PA's, so I guess that makes me an X-spurt.  

I have a queen Victoria... naturally.  [giggle]  That's one through the head toward the bottom vs a Prince Albert which goes through the top.

My experience with a PA is during oral you can play with it with your tounge, but unless the ring is large you don't really notice it.  From the receiving standpoint, there really isn't much sensation from oral unless it gets tugged on, then it can hurt a little.

During penetration, you don't really feel anything either.  I'm not qualified to discuss vaginal stimulation from the receiving angle (yet...) but as a TS who enjoys both girls and boys my experience is like the other girl said, once you put on a condom the ring lays flat and neither person really gets any sensation from a ring.

Mostly I think it freaks the girls out, and is an interesting point of conversation for the guys, "Didn't that HURT??"  "No, not really."

I think perhaps a pin through the head vertically with a ball on either end would provide stimulation to a girls vagina, but it would hurt like hell to install, and if covered up during sex the balls sticking out could tear the condom.  Also there is a very slight potential for tearing internal tissue.  I remove mine if my partner asks but it's a pain to reconnect the ball.

One other potential problem is if your lady also has a genital peircing and you get them caught together somehow it could be embarrasing explaining your situation to the Fire Dept. [giggle]

Mine`s an Ampallang (go figure). Some love it, some don`t, but they all feel it. It comes out in about 5 seconds and goes back just as quick so I don`t have a problem with accomodating their preference.

My ex had a prince Albert and to me it hurt when it first went in but after it was in I felt nothing at all.

I had a client who had the Jacobs ladder and that one was ok as long as the ladder part was facing my clit. In the other directions it was painful.

Of course both used condoms so thats my only experience. I have not done BB in a long time and none of them had piercings.
