that if she is posting ads then she is available. That being said, it is well documented on these boards that some people just don't have any luck reaching providers sometimes. It could be anything - the tone of your email or vm, etc, or it could be nothing. And if you're referring to Alex - she is notoriously difficult to reach. Once you reach her however, that seems to get better.
