For providers/Clients who ask about city they travel to..   It's like every other day someone is asking the same repetitive question..

My suggestion: Read the boards

But seriously: Ter there should be a tab for these kinds of questions...

To answer your question: stay downtown, ohare/rosemont, oakbrook area
Hotels should be kept hush hush (Priceline, hotels.com has good or or pricings)
Chicago is fun fun place to visit make sure to site see if you're a first timer visiting.,,

Any advice or hotels to seek or avoid is greatly appreciated. Please pm or email me (see my profile) as discretion matters, as we all know.

I posted my visiting ad on P411 today and am applying for RS2K.

I would have posted this on the PO board, but despite my ads and being well reviewed, I need to post in discussions more often. I also would like male and female advice.

Your time is tremendously appreciated and the favor will always be returned.

 Xoxo

i, you can go down for postings last week to find the original post from Cori. Here is my abbreviated version from my answers there.

Basically, Schaumburg, ORD area, Oakbrook, and downtown would get you different pools of clients. People working or living in downtown or city limits may be different from those working in the burbs. Oakbrook and Schaumburg have a different profiles of companies and industries, which then definitely give you different client pools.

I believe the quality of hotels is the best in downtown, then ORD, then the rest of burbs. Having an incall at ORD area can also give you an option of public transportation getting in and out of the city.

I personally am not a big fan of driving to the burbs for incall at low or mid-range chain hotels. But many others love it.

If you are visiting during weekdays, you may consider looking into downtown area. More things for you to do when you are off the clock. if you are coming during the weekend, burbs make more sense and I'm sure downtown people would be willing to drive to see you.

Hope it helps

Thank you!
