There is no "worse" or "better". The best way to avoid becoming LE's next victim---other than seeing well-reviewed providers and doing your due diligence---is acting like you belong. That means walk with a purpose, dress appropriately, and don't do anything stupid. It being downtown, acting a little weird, as long as it's not in the vicinity of your hobby hotel, will barely register on people's radar. I've walked into downtown hotels looking like a businessman or a tourist, and the hotel staff treated me like another face in the crowd. Even LE on the streets doing foot patrol barely looked in my direction.
about the LE downtown, is it getting worse ? And what do I need to be aware of?

Law enforcement everywhere.All you can do to be safe is do your research before booking appointment.Downtown is huge so I doubt law enforcement are out looking for something so minor
Most of them work off of BP... Do your research & see well reviewed providers ... As the 1st responder replied.. There's LE everywhere... Good luck

If you stick to reviewed, reputable and verified providers over the age of 18, then you shouldn't have a problem.
