But, I could be wrong. I can't tell you anything about the ladies, but I've had to contact the owner multiple times for references. I did hear from a friend who worked with C-G a while back that they used fake photos for her, but she quit for that reason, so maybe they changed that policy. That is one of the things that I didn't like about agencies when i worked with them- well that and giving them half my money- but they like to use fake photos that way their ladies can be new each and every day. I personally think it is much better to have an established good reputation then being a new pretty girl each day that isn't going to be the girl that shows up. Just my opinion though- I'm sure there are some agencies that aren't ran that way. I personally want to start an agency when I retire and currently help ladies with their screening and scheduling and learning the biz. Whenever I do launch my full time agency, I will charge the ladies just like I do now- $50-60 per hour (not percent,  dollars) and always use real photos of the ladies. So, if you ever come across an agency named SultrySecretSirens (the name I picked for my agency) you can trust that the ladies will be real and will be keeping 75% (or more) of what they make.
