The list was entered as evidence, why has it not been released to the public?
Why has the Kennebunk police stopped charging Johns from "the list."

Why wasn't the defendant charged with misuse of the DMV records system? Looking up registration information for the purpose of "screening" on behalf of a prostitute has got to be illeagal?

The defense may have been trying to create a deversion, but I think they raised some valid points about the mishandling of evidence and other aspects of the investigation.
The prosecution did not bring even one single "john" as a witness. Why charge any of them if the other evidence was so strong?
The List has gone by the wayside at about 60 names of 150.
Were the names that were released picked randomly or just ones that did not have the $$ or political juice to fight?

Considering how aggressive the defense was in denying any wrong doing, the defendant was very humble and apologetic about his actions, claiming at his sentencing that he now knows he was wrong in his actions.
Yet the lawyer is still considering an appeal.....

There is a deal in the works for the Zumba instructor- although charged, she was never actually arrested. Is that strange?

Amazing only 20 days made out to be the major leader of prostitution in the State

Vs in Arizona County Attorney Montgomery's office threatening 10-20 years in prison for gals with no direct evidence against that haven't pled to felony for being associated with a criminal enterprise because maybe there were some alleged hand releases as part of Tantra related religious beliefs.

Same was done for many massage parlors including one owner that committed suicide days before was to be sentenced to years in prison.

Over the last few years 100's of gals would have been thrilled to only get 20 days!

Likely a small fraction of what it cost the state
