I kind of thought that the jury would give a guilty for 1 promotion and 1 conspiracy to promote. They convicted him on all 12 counts of promotion + 1 conspiracy to commit. All mis-da-meanors with up to 1year and/or $2k fine.
The fact that he had ample time to destroy data or remove the hardware from his home office  shows a level of arrogance. He was a P/I and should have known better. The evidence shows that he was watching on line via webcam as the police searched the alledged prostitutes premisis!

It's probably all for the best since my opinion is he was prepping for an extortion scheme. If not, it was just creepy they were posting the videos to the web as am porn.

From what I have read, of the 66 patrons arrested 16 pleaded guilty with the remainder going to jury trail.  Has anyone any information as to what is going on with those jury trails?  All the press coverage is on the Strong case.

"Prosecutors say [the defendant] watched the sex sessions live from his insurance office 100 miles away in Thomaston and that his photos showed money changing hands, making it clear he knew it was prostitution."

I was wondering if the recordings had the actual "transaction" included. My O My!

The key question is:  Did it show any sexual activities?

In any case, chalk this up to another stupid criminal who thinks it is fun to record a crime.
