but I think it is not equality at all. The balance goes towards the woman and the male is supposed to like it because he is supposed to have more meaningful orgasms, or he learns how to have orgasms without cumming(which is an OK thing once in a while, IMO).

t seems like devotional sex is meant to be able to have the female enjoy sex more, and by putting her in power, she will feel empowered, and therefore more satisfied. Often times, when you engage in sex with your partner, and he is satisfied before you are, you don't say anything, for fear of hurting his feelings. But over time, if you are not being pleased, this can build resentment, and start to have an effect on your relationship. So, by empowering the lady in the bedroom, I think that she will feel more pleased, more important, and special. All ladies just want their man to make them feel special.

if feminism is supposed to elicit equality, this program goes beyond equality, IMO.

I think that maybe a couple can do this type of program every once in awhile- but not as a lifestyle.  Unless the man is a real submissive, I believe that the the relationship won't last very long.

I personally believe in equality in the bedroom - if my partner doesn't enjoy the sex as much as I do, I have failed as a lover.  I guess I believe this for hobbying too(not all of the time- but with a sensuous, exciting, beautiful lady it sure is) .  I am not with a provider just to ejaculate- I can do that on my own.  I love the intimacy.
I realize there are a number of hobbyists who just want to have sex and they ejaculate.  There is nothing wrong with that- to each his own

any opinion from guys wanting a better sex life with SO or wife?  Could it make your sex life better?

It does seem slanted quite heavily to the female being totally in charge.  Is this anther feminist program where guys are the play things?  I am not in favor of a guy being so dominant that the female partner is required to have sex against her will, but this seems to turn the tables a little too much.

If you are a sub female this may be hard to do

Because it was a ton of reading. But from what I read so far, it does not seem like something that is a "feminist program" at all.

Let me give you a female's perspective, and not a "working girl" perspective, but just a regular female perspective. In a majority of the relationships that I have been in before I started in this biz, I noticed that most of the time, my partner would get off and I would not. So, from what I read so far - it seems like devotional sex is meant to be able to have the female enjoy sex more, and by putting her in power, she will feel empowered, and therefore more satisfied. Often times, when you engage in sex with your partner, and he is satisfied before you are, you don't say anything, for fear of hurting his feelings. But over time, if you are not being pleased, this can build resentment, and start to have an effect on your relationship. Now, this is me speaking from my personal experience, and my interpretation of the article. And like I said - I didn't read it all.

Why does it seem to me that a lot of men say feminism like it is a negative thing. It isn't. We are all human beings, and the kind of feminism that I believe in, is that all humans should be treated equally in every sphere of life. Not that woman should be better than others, or man haters, or treat men differently. Feminism is a good thing, and I think that men can be feminists too, it is just about being able to be treated equally.

Well, that is all- I hope that makes sense to you guys!

Love and Light,
Jamie

You may be right. I didn't read the entire article, just skimmed it.

I definitely agree that intimacy is important, I prefer an intimate encounter over an encounter in which my partner just wants to CumNGo anyday.

I'm equal parts skeptic and woo-woo (see my recent post about mercury in retrograde) but this just screams new age bullshit to me, capitalizing on a mixture of Taoism and Tantra with a little dash of someone's skewed personal philosophy thrown in (I would not want complete control of a sexual relationship with someone. How boring! It's the energy of give and take that gets me going!).  So to me, it looks completely untenable. HOWEVER, it's totally rude of me to yuck another person's yum, so I'll just say, not for me, maybe others would enjoy it.

not equal control- not equal results, IMO

TOTALLY. I don't understand why dirty, naughty sex can't be spiritual as well? All I need is someone Om-ing into my cunt. For real.
