Do you guys give the women you meet from SA your real first name or do you use a hobby name? If you give them your real first name, do you do that right out of the gate or only after getting to know them?

I also give my real phone number and email quite often in my introductory email just to make the girl feel safe.
I might add I am most definitely NOT married, nor do I need to hide what I do from anybody. I am sure my attitude would be quite different if I had something to lose.
One thing I have noticed about a lot of SBs is that most of them have given me their real names as well, I have been to many of their real homes and have met family and friends. One, who has GF potential, has joked that when I meet her father, I might need to lie about my age by a decade or so. lol
What I have found is that if you require discretion, that should not be a problem, but the girls themselves don't guard their private info as zealously as hookers. Or at least not in "most" cases. There are very few cut and dried rules in the Sugar Bowl. The words some, most and a few should be used a LOT more often here than the words all, none or never.
I give my real name after a few messages have been exchanged and some sort of rapport has been established. Real phone number as well. I am married, but we are very polyamorous and so no need to hide this activity from my spouse.
