Trick question! The stripper scenes were filmed at Wadz's favorite hangout, King of Diamonds. Motorin' scenes filmed on Tropicana Ave in Las Vegas and Mojave Desert. I'm not sure where the band performing scenes were filmed but, I haven't been to KOD for awhile and I don't think it has an area with a stage set big enough for a band nor with professional stage lighting so I'm stumped. There are shots that remind me of Fine Line Cafe but I think the floor area is too narrow for that.

The dancer apparently is a 93X girl; possibly a local?

...I haven't been there in quite a while but I'm dying to go back. Your second clue made it clear that it must be Gunner's Bar in DeSoto, WI. Rumor has it that the owner of Gunner's is going to take over Augie's and change it's name to Gunners, too.  :D
