Give a credit card at check-in and let the desk know you will settle your bill with cash at checkout.
Go to a drugstore, Walmart or gas station and get a gift credit card, pay with cash for this. Some places will let you get a gift cc for as much as $500. Validate the zip code online for the card and use that at the hotel

You can always reserve the room with the card and when you check out ask to pay cash instead of putting it on the card. You can always tell the clerk that you get your expense account money back from the company back faster that way, if you think they suspect anything. Best part is nothing shows up on the CC statement.
