1: He's asking you a question you have no way of knowing, and even if you did you have no way to know he's safe to give any info to. The answer would be subjective at best. And, if he's never seen her, that just ups the creep factor tenfold.
2: Safety is paramount in the hobby and he's a douche for asking about unsafe activities. Plus there are details you may have omitted from your review to keep guys like this from expecting more than is safe.
3: I'd notify the provider asap.
Abby, I agree with you. I saw the provider whose name I am not posting quite a while ago, so he (who shall not be named) must be working down her list of reviewers.
I sent the provider a heads up.
There is no reason on earth to tease him by saying "I have no reason to..."
